Synopsis

On Halloween night in the small town of Wardenclyffe, Sonny and Sam accidentally release Slappy the Dummy after opening a manuscript they stumble upon in an abandoned house, which was previously owned by horror fiction writer R.L. Stine. Now the two boys, along with Sonny`s sister Sarah and Stine himself, have to stop Slappy as the evil dummy and his Halloween monster friends are planning to create the Halloween Apocalypse.

It's so good that it gives me goosebumps! (Pun intended). This sequel is directed wonderfully and the plot is amazing. Totally recommended.

It's still a fun family horror movie.

Story: 4 | Acting: 4 | Visual: 4 | Music: 4 | Overall: 4

The visuals were beautifully spooky and creepy just like in the first one. Really recommend if you're trying to get into the Halloween spirit! Jack black also is fun as R.L. Stine even though he is only in the movie for around five minutes in total.
