Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures has unveiled a new trailer for Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp, a sequel to 2015’s Ant-Man and the twentieth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Set between the events of Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp follows Scott Lang as he tries to rebalance his home life as a father with his responsibilities as Ant-Man. However, he is confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission, requiring him to team up and learn to fight alongside The Wasp to uncover secrets from their past.
Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas and Michael Pena are joined by several new characters including Michelle Pfeiffer (Murder on the Orient Express) as the original Wasp Janet van Dyne, Laurence Fishburne (John Wick Chapter 2) as Pym’s old friend Bill Foster and Hannah John-Kamen (Ready Player One) as the villainous Ghost. The film is directed by Peyton Reed.
