Synopsis

Synchronized swimming is not just for the ladies, as proven by a ragtag bunch of 40-something men, all on the verge of a mid-life crisis, who come together to form the first ever synchronised swimming team for men at their local pool. They power through despite the scepticism and ridicule they face. The men rediscover a little self-esteem and a lot more about themselves as they work hard, trained by a fallen champion trying to pull herself together,
