I have read of similar real life stories but as I watched, I started to relate to the friends(with kids) that I know and for some reason I am pretty disturbed. Nonetheless, thumbs up to the plot and acting and how the crucial moments are being timed
Don't expect any ghost, demons or spirit. This movie is about the battle of wits and how to get ahead of each other to resolve the matter. The boy's acting is impeccable.
The cast is solid and Taylor Schilling and Jackson Robert Scott especially were a great match. Love the child actor. Young Jackson Robert Scott, the child actor is creepy enough, as well as vulnerable when necessary. In the horror genre, scary children have become worthy of a sub-genre all their own.
the only supernatural in this movie is the reincarnation of a deadly killer which happen in real life offen too. very good storyline and action definitely worth watching for horror fans!
