Ah Hu has been in and out of prison all his life. It’s only because of his mother’s last words that he comes to his senses and vows to turn a new leaf. Together with the friends he made in prison – Jian Ren, Crazy Dog, and Ah Fa, they decide to break away from the old path of crime and into the F&B business. However, the shadow of being ex-convicts hangs heavily over them and they meet ostracisation from members of the public. This coupled with their inability to adapt leads to the ultimate failure of their first business venture.
After the fiasco of their failed business the four friends, together with their benefactor, Brother Hui, open a centre combining tuition, food, and massage services. Yet good things do not last, not with the re-appearance of Di Tie, Ah Hu’s old nemesis.
Di Tie not only threatens Ah Hu but kidnaps Ah Hu’s estranged son, Ah Guang. Father and son have grown distant over the years of Ah Hu’s imprisonment and Ah Guang has gotten himself into bad company, a fact that pains Ah Hu. It’s down to Ah Hu and his friends to try and save Ah Guang without alerting the authorities as they tread the fine line between starting anew and going back to the beaten path.

A comedy about a fortune god intern sent to do good on Earth. Soh Hock's wish comes true though mind control; an ability granted by our mischievous fortune god, who has been granting everyone wishes wilfully without a care, causing pain and suffering. That’s until Heaven steps in to prevent a catastrophe.
