Synopsis

Inspired by a true story that happened in Hong Kong, the movie tells of a mother and daughter pair who suffers from obsessive- compulsive disorders. Their odd behaviours make people dislike them. A neighbourhood reporter starts investigating them and ends up discovering that they keep more than a hundred dogs and cats in their apartment. He reveals this to the public but later begins to doubt his own actions after seeing Katy, the 45-year-old daughter, being arrested by the police.
