Synopsis

Siew and his family live in Hong Kong. The father Siew-Fatt has became depressed after his wife died a year ago. The second daughter Siew-Shum is a popular tour guide, but because of the nature of her work, she failed to maintain stable relationship with anyone. The eldest son Siew-Beng is a drama scriptwriter, he is writing script for low rating ‘soap opera’, and the long term writing has messed up his sleep schedule . The youngest son Siew-Lup does not have a regular job, he is addicted to internet and wish to be an influencer. After the death of the mother, the family has been lost without her support. The father and children seldom communicate with each other, their lives became dull and lifeless. One day, Fatt’s friend – Chu, who has lost his wife too visited Siew at his house. But he has a more positive attitude compared to Fatt. Shum cannot bear to ridicule by Chu, she decided bring her family out of the misery. She force them to travel together to Malaysia and join one of the best ‘Cloud Sea’ tour in South East Asia. When they arrived Malaysia, they meet Cui-Fong, a tour guide who is a cunning schemer; Pumpkin BB, a local backpacker; Orchid, a hostel owner who look a lot like their mother. During the trip from Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highland, Siew's family had met these three people, whom introduced them to whole new experiences and romance they have never had before. On the way, they also faced lots of problems and challenges. In the end, they intruded a local aboriginal village, and almost ruin the entire ‘Cloud Sea’ tour, and the newly built relationship among Siew's family. Can Siew’s family unite and solve the problem together, and succeeded in saving the ‘Cloud Sea’ tour? Can they help those strangers they met to released themselves, and lead them toward good endings? Most importantly, could this trip help Siew's lifeless family to regain happiness?
