One day, Shiriri, an alien from outer space, arrives on Earth and meets the Nohara family. Shiriri emits a weird ray onto Shin-chan's parents, Hiroshi and Misae, which causes them to become 25 years younger and appear as kids. To turn them back into their original forms, Shin-chan and his parents must find Shiriri's father who is somewhere in Japan.
