There are many misunderstanding about this special group of people. In Malaysia, the weaker groups are often ignored. Luckily, in the movie , despite having autism, guang has a special talent and enable him to find his ways in life. Last but not least, I would like to day Guang is sad about his dying mother and keep it in his hearts until he collects all the glasses and do the performance. This is one of local production that all the malaysian must support for this year. Before the film was released in our own country, it has won several awards in different film festivals at overseas. The story of the film is actually adapted from the true story of director Quek Shio Chuan and his brother Quek Shio Zheng. Six years ago, when Shio Chuan launched a 14-minute autism short film of the same name, he was highly praised and won several awards in overseas . After six years of preparation, the slow work has been done, and the same concept has finally been put on the big screen in a long-awaited call, but at the same time some adjustments have been made. The most obvious one of them is of course the role of WenGuang’s brother, the role is no longer played by director himself, but was replace by Ernest Chong who has many experience in TV drama performance; and Kyo Chen himself has made a little change. The plot of the movie is nothing more than “cheating” the tears of the audience. The two brothers get along and interact naturally, bringing the audience to the right touch, without the heavy feeling on the past autism movies, making people watch relaxed.
