Synopsis

Chou is a medical examiner who is assigned to work on a case together with his ex-fiancee, a public prosecutor named Kim. As they investigate the death of Ah Hai, a fisherman who made headlines and hailed as a martyr after being found dead from self-sacrifice during a mass protest against TL Petrochemical, they discover a major conspiracy and proof that it might have been murder. Hoping to keep Kim safe, Chou breaks protocol and investigates on his own, only to learn that the truth behind it all intertwines with their past.
