Ji-Wan is a 49-year-old female film director. After her third film received bad reviews, she has been struggling with her fourth film. When her husband cuts her off financially, she gets desperate. She accepts a job from the Korean film archive to restore an old 60s film by newly dubbing it. However, the job turns out to be more of a challenge than expected when she can`t find the script, and when she does, sees that much of it has been cut out. As she embarks on a journey to meet the film`s original directors, she begins to question her own career and passion.
