Synopsis

Elderly resident Na Ok-Boon has earned the nickname "Goblin Granny" amongst her neighbours due to her endless complaints about them and everything they do. Only one person will not bend to her iron will - the newest resident in town, Park Min-Jae, a civil servant who was recently transferred to Goblin Granny`s district. Min-Jae does his best to appease the grumpy Ok-Boon while never wholly giving in to her. However, she is not satisfied until she discovers that he can help her with her second greatest passion in life after making civil complaints: learning English. The fluent Min-Jae promises to teach her, and they start to form a delicate friendship.
