Synopsis

Ah Long (Francis Ng), Shu Yi (Poon Chan Leung), Tai Ge (Kenny Wong) and William (Tony Wu) working in a broadband network company. Four employees find out that their company has plans to lay off workers. To keep their jobs, they decided to join the dragon boat team newly established by their company and so begin their tough training.

Very good, funny and very Hong Kong

This is an awesome movie. If you miss those old times Hong Kong movie. I am sure you will love it . To really enjoy the movie, you need certain heaps of Cantonese to really understand the jokes and certain scenes. It is dman funny and meaningful too. Find your rhythm in life in strive 100 percent for it. The theme song is very nice too. Between good anything by the actors.
