Synopsis

Just before Atikah was born, her father Hendrik abruptly left the family. Raised by her mother, she frequently asks her mum about her father`s whereabouts, but Ratih continues to withhold the details of what happened. Accompanied by her fiance Iqbal and best friend Fatma, Atikah travels to Holland to look for her father to ask him to bless her solemnisation as a Wali Nikah. When she eventually locates Hendrik, he rejects to perform her marriage blessings in Indonesia... but he has his reasons.
