A Taiwanese remake of the 2009 Korean movie of the same name. Cream and K become friends while in high school. Years passed, they are now living together, though not as a couple. K is diagnosed with leukemia but he feels reluctant to tell Cream, whom he has feelings for, that he is dying because he doesn't want her to hurt. Cream then starts dating another man and accepts his marriage proposal, not knowing what K is hiding from her.
