Synopsis

A film continuation of the TV series, "Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai". High schooler Sakuta Azusagawa is baffled when he encounters two versions of his first crush, Shoko; one is an adult and another is a middle schooler. The adult Shoko is causing rifts in his relationship with his girlfriend, an upperclassman named Mai Sakurajima. At the same time, his mysterious chest wounds reopen as he learns that the teenage Shoko is suffering from a serious illness.
