Synopsis

Mikoto, a waitress, stands by the Kibune River behind Japanese Inn Fujiya in a quiet winter. The lady boss calls her back to work and unexplainably, two minutes later, she finds herself back by the river. This peculiar phenomenon is not limited to Mikoto alone; it happens to the entire inn`s staff and guests. As the minutes tick by, everyone becomes aware of the unusual situation - sake that never warms up; rice porridge that remains endless; and a bathroom that seems impossible to exit. They are trapped in a relentless time loop, resetting every two minutes though their memories continue. Some want to get out of the loop, others want to stay, yet they all have issues they need to solve. While watching everyone join forces to investigate the cause, Mikoto finds herself more and more alone.
