I hate to say when a movie isn't up to expectations. If you are a fan of the Star Wars franchise, or a super-fan of Hans Solo, you would enjoy this movie. However, if you are an ordinary moviegoer, this film falls flat. The storyline/storytelling is weak, character development is weak. Though the production quality is great as usual, you don't really get a sense of enjoyment after the end of the rolling credits. A prequel doesn't really work if it lacks surprises, and lacks a message that you'd want to pass on.
