Nicole is 49. She works as a cashier at a highway toll. Her husband is unemployed. Her daughter is young, single and also a mother. Her own mother gets more and more dependant with her old age. Nicole barely has time for herself, but she will have to find time - since she discovers that she is pregnant! Her family is alarmed at the news, but Nicole sees it as a fresh start.
