This Lady Bond rocks!
Overall: 5
Not your typical thriller, more towards a thinking style suspense genre. But highly watchable, and the action is realistic.

Good but can be better

This film is adapted from the latest sequel to the world-famous Millennium Trilogy by Swedish legendary crime novelist Stieg Larsson. Previously, "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" of the "Millennium Trilogy" was put on the big screen in 2011 and received a global box office of $200 million. This time, the film was directed and screened by Fede Alvarez, who was highly regarded by the 2013 “Evil Dead” and 2016 “Don't Breathe”, and the Golden Globe best performance actress is replacing Rooney Mara as a new generation of talented female hackers, Lisbeth Salander. The story tells the talented female hacker Lisbeth Salander revisited Mikael Blomkvist, the editor of “Millennium”, who once again teamed up to deal with the mysterious criminal organization, but the behind-the-scenes black hand of the organization turned out to be. . . . Claire Foy has shown her strengths in this year. In the previous two films, “Unsane” and “First Man”, and present “The Girl In The Spider's Web” has been challenging different plays and characters, but her interpretations are all to gain praise. Probably Rooney Mara's preconceived, feeling that Claire Foy’s Lisbeth Salander, is not enough to represent the soul of violence and revenge, but if do not compare, it feels that the “Cool”!Claire Foy is actually doing well. The plot is a not suspenseful enough and the Character “Mikael Blomkvist”, that played by Swedish actor Sverrir Gudnason, is only a supporting role in the play, and the edge is not as good as the Daniel Craig version of “Mikael Blomkvist” 11 years ago. The soundtrack and visual effects are all passed. Although the action plot is not a climax, but well it can still make people concentrate.
