Basically, this is the Jackie Chan version of "Monster Hunt"! The story tells of Jackie Chan’s generation of literary genre Pu Songling’s yin and yang sects, and the ex-detective of Yan Fei to track the disappearance of the girl in Jinhua Town. Pu Songling led the "pigs and lions", "butt", "forgetting the worries" and "thousands of hands" and other small monster into the case inspection . In the process of finding the truth, it involved a period of love. . . To be honest, Jackie Chan’s cuties is totally loss to Monster Hunt’s Tony Leung! In the film, the master of catching the demon, Yan Chixia, and the student Ning Caichen, are the same person. Such story of "Liao Zhai" or “A Chinese Ghost Story” , I believe not many people can accept it. In addition to the styling, art, special effects and the lead songs by Jackie Chan, there is nothing to be desired.

Cringey, cliche, recycled, illogical and irreverant. A movie that will waste your time and money. So bad it deserves turkey of the CNY movies.

Over focus on CGI, while not on the storyline, making it a dull movie! With or without Jackie Chan in there, it doesn’t really matter, as his role is NOT that critical to some extent
