Teenager Dhunu dreams of becoming a musician. She joins forces with other budding musicians her age and performs in a local band. An unexpected turn of events compels her to suddenly grow up and face some harsh realities. She must take responsibility for her family and her own life but she refuses to give up on music. As she treads new, sometimes uncertain paths, she finds solace in her mother, in nature and in music.
