The film focuses on a group of misfits who undergo strict and vigorous military training, and have to survive it for forty weeks. Only if they succeeded in the training can the boys become part of Singapore's most fearsome military units, known as the Frogmen - the elite of the Republic of Singapore Navy and the Naval Diving Unit.
