A motorcycle stuntman named Faizal got injured after a bike stunt and is currently hospitalised in a general hospital. There, he meets Dharmajan and his other ward mates who question him on his injury. He then narrates the story of his three friends: Amar, Akbar and Anthony, who live in a slum in Ernakulam.
