Synopsis

Dr. Vijay Nambiyar is a famous neurosurgeon that has a good reputation and is happily leading a good life with his wife and two kids. However, he works in a hospital that run like a business, with patients being subjected to expensive and unrequired tests and medicines. Being forced by the management to run clinical trials for new drugs, he realized that even though such trials are necessary for progress, the unethical protocols and the side effects of the drugs ruin the patients lives. Struggle with the good and the bad effects of his work, Nambiyar had an accident that injured his brain and his chance of survival is slim.
