This 40-minute documentary explores the life of orphaned orangutans and elephants and their day-to-day behavioral interactions with the people who rescue them and raise them to adulthood with the purpose to save the life of endangered species and return these animals back to the wild. The film focuses on two geographical region; the rain forests of Borneo, where primatologist Dr. Birute Galdikas assists baby orangutans and the arid savannahs of Kenya, where zoologist Dame Daphne Sheldrick works with baby elephant calves.
