Synopsis

Set in mid-70s in France, a former dancer named Vanessa and her husband, an American writer named Roland, travel the country together. They are growing apart as their marriage is in crisis. They linger in a quiet seaside town where they become close to some of the more vibrant residents. Soon they begin to come to terms with the issues they are facing in their marriage.
