Synopsis

A dual-film compilation: The first explores political colour symbolism, examining if "Hong Kong yellow" can coexist with "Taiwan blue" and analyzing differences between "Hong Kong blue" and "Taiwan blue," revealing the complexity behind these political identifiers. The second follows film director Rex Ren`s family, where his grandmother`s depression from her husband`s imprisonment during the Cultural Revolution created trauma that continues to affect three generations, nearly five decades later.
