Loosely based on Ian Fleming`s novel "Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang: The Magical Car", the story is set in England and tells of an eccentric inventor who builds a magical, flying car out of a broken-down Grand Prix vehicle and takes his children on a fantastic adventure to save their grandfather in a far-off land.
