Lyra works at an online content moderation office as a deleter, tasked with deleting graphic content before it reaches the homepages of social media users. Though she deals with horrific photos and videos daily, her boss and co-workers see her as someone cold and unfazed. However, they do not know that Lyra hides a deep trauma that forces her to put on an apathetic face when looking at the worst the internet has to offer. One day, Lyra has to delete a suicide video made by one of her own co-workers. As she deals with the loss, her stony facade starts to crumble.
