This Japanese animated movie is adapted from the popular Detective Conan manga series. It tells the story of Kaitou Kid, a seventeen-year-old boy who uses his skills of perfect disguise and gadgets to steal one of the world`s most famous paintings, Van Gogh`s Sunflowers. Jirokichi Suzuki, the buyer of the painting, has hired the Seven Samurais to protect it. Sinichi Kudo, a well-known and brilliant young detective, appears on the scene after hearing about Kaitou`s declaration to steal the painting.
