I'm want reviews for this film. I haven't seen SAIRAT, so I am judging the film purely based on the Hindi version. DHADAK is miles ahead of a lot of films that Bollywood has been churning out offlate. Ishaan and Jhaanvi are stellar, which I wasn't expecting and it's not a long, stretched out film and yes the climax will stay with you long after the credits roll. Don't read the negative reviews and don't compare it to SAIRAT. I'm considering watching the film again with my friend. Go for it..
Cute pair and tragic storyline but the songs/music grabs the accolades. The songs and music gets me nostalgic. I feel a touch of Maestro Illayaraja music director in the main title track and the first song.
Modern contemporary Bollywood romance. The long-awaited debut of Sridevi’s elder daughter Janhvi. Shashank Khaitan’s dialogues are simple and comical. The best is reserved for the finale.
