Synopsis

A head police constable named Rahman is assigned a suicide case which he later concludes as a murder. He manages to link the case to another, involving a missing girl. However, despite successfully identifying the connection, he has never been able to find the killer. Six years after the incident, Rahman sits and recalls that entire event to a young man who aspires to be an Indian Police Officer (IPS) but the question remains as to why Rahman couldn`t find the killer.
