Fifty-year old Veijo Haukka is a mechanic who euthanizes old and ailing pets. The smaller animals he puts down with exhaust fumes and the bigger ones he shoots. Veijo is a friend of the animals and wants to liberate them from their suffering. But for the owners who mistreat them - Veijo ensures that there will be hell to pay.
