Taapsee Pannu stars in the movie as a game designer who is left deeply scarred by an incident, which she is still trying to recover from. As she has broken her arms and legs, she can only move around using a wheelchair. At the same time, the city she lives in is on the hunt for a killer that has been mutilating young women. One night, she finds herself facing this evil force inside her own house.
