An unemployed music teacher takes his estranged cross-dressing father on a road trip to the west coast of Norway after the death of his mother. Travelling in his father’s motorcycle and side car, the pair bring a quilt made by the late matriarch to be judged in a competition. A heart-warming mission of father and son as they pass through the countryside to enter a blanket in the national championships.
