Synopsis

After splitting up with her husband on the day of their marriage, Marie joins the organisation "Clowns4Help", wanting to flee from her life. The organisation is supposed to cheer up the victims of the Fukushima catastrophe but when Marie arrives in Japan, she realises she can hardly help them. However, in the exclusion zone, she befriends an old geisha, Satomi, who lives there. The two women form a bond as both of them suffer from loss and guilt.
