Synopsis

Helios is a number one wanted criminal. With his assistant he steals a large amount of uranium and plans to mass produce it as a destructive weapon for terrorists. In comes a police inspector from Hong Kong, alongside a senior official from China, a physics professor and two South Korean weapon experts who are all trying to stop Helios and his assistant before they succeed in mass producing the uranium.
