A remake of Subhash Ghai`s 1983 film of the same name. A gangster from Mumbai named Sooraj meets Radha, the daughter of a police chief, and tells her that she needs to run away with him as he has received instruction from the police to take her away from the city for some time. But later, Radha realises that she is kidnapped by Sooraj. After a series of events, Sooraj plans to leave Radha but eventually, the two ends up falling in love.
