Synopsis

Inspired by a true story, the film is a biopic on Kadambari Devi, the sister-in-law of Rabindranath Tagore, a Bengali polymath who reshaped Bengali literature and music as well as Indian art. Both of them shared a bond with each other where Kadambari was responsible for inspiring many of Rabindranath`s poems and songs. Controversial rumours regarding their relationship began to surface and for unknown reasons, Kadambari commited suicide months after Rabindranath got married.
