Shiv Ram Kishan Kumar has three wives, all of whom he was forced to marry simultaneously without his consent. The three women live in the same apartment complex but are unaware that they share the same husband as he manages to keep them from finding out about each other. In comes a fourth woman, Shiv is in love with her and tries to find a way to marry her.
