Synopsis

Across the Swedish border, in a remote Finnish village in Lapland, a retiring policeman finds out his illegitimate son has been released from prison and is terrorising the people close to him. When the young man goes after his other son, he has to stop the two from killing each other. As he confronts the young man, he realises that he will have to face and correct his past mistakes.
