Huiying`s widowed mother has passed away and she wants to bury her beside her father, which means relocating his body from his ancestral grave in the countryside to the city. Her husband, a docile driving instructor, and their daughter, an opinionated TV reporter, follow her to the countryside for the task. But someone stands in their way: Nana, the first wife of Huiying`s father. Nana refuses to let her late husband`s body be moved, hoping to one day share the same final resting place as him.
