Marvel Does It Again

Marvel hits another home-run with their newest MCU Movie, Black Panther. I refuse to call this a comic-book Movie because it is much more than that. This movie transcends the genre that it was layed out to be. Audiences can enjoy the movie just for its exciting sequences but the film has so many layers and can be enjoyed on so many layers. However, the movie isn’t without its faults. It falls into the comic-book movie tropes of having a big fight at the end to see whose the victor. With all that said, I highly recommend this movie to anyone, not only those who are interested in the Marvel Movies.

Wakanda Forever!!!

Infinity war has so many big casts. This has just 1 black pather, yet it kicked ass, rocked up the hype and kept me in my seat overwhelmed by the beauty of Wakanda. So beautifully made and a very well plotted villain. 2 thumbs up!!

authentic, compelling, epic

although black panther has a vastly different feel from the other marvel studios films, it is a wonderfully fresh story and perspective. fight scenes were engaging, gripping and INTENSE. one of the most compelling antagonists in a superhero film. pls watch this!!!

Breaking stereotypes

Smart. Sexy. Charismatic. An intoxicating concoction leaving me craving for seconds. The synergy that goes into this movie. I loved it. It has a lot of heart. Watch some of their interviews on YouTube... Let their intellect and eloquence amaze you.

Riveting and engaging!

Didn't expect much going in since there were some reviews that said it was slow moving. But am impressed at how a cast of almost all black folk have been it an awesome movie from start to end. It gives you a sense of respect of a culture that some of us aren't acquainted with as much. The story line is important. Glad they didn't just make it into an action packed, special effects movie only. Really worth the watch.

A beautiful portrayal of african culture even with Disney simplicity

The african culture was certainly depicted subtly yet evidently with a modern twist. The idea of blending the culture with advanced technology gives audience the enthusiasm to embrace the overall movie. In terms of storyline, this movie ia definitely a lot more detailed and deep as compared to the usual overly simplified disney-marvel movies. A must-watch for all ages and for non-marvel/disney fans too.
