Facing an unintended pregnancy, 17-year-old Autumn Callahan tries to get an abortion but discovers that she is unable to get it done in Pennsylvania without her parents` consent. She confides in her cousin, Skylar, who then helps her by getting some money to buy themselves tickets to New York City, where Autumn hopes to get the abortion done. But a visit to the city`s Planned Parenthood clinic makes her realise getting an abortion even there will not be so easy.
