Based on Rachel Boynton`s same name 2005 documentary film, which focuses on the use of American political campaign strategies during the 2002 Bolivian presidential election. Bolivian politician Castillo hires political consulting firm, Greenberg Carville Shrum (GSC), to help him win the 2002 Bolivian presidential election. GSC brings in Jane Bodine to help manage the campaign and sculpt him into the right man for his people.
