The third instalment in the "Overheard" series of audio surveillance thrillers directed by Felix Chong and Alan Mak. Like the previous films, the story does not continue after "Overheard 2", instead, it will be an entirely new one featuring the same cast from the previous two films. The film revolves around a group of unscrupulous land owners looking to increase their fortune.
