Synopsis

This movie is based on the manga series "Kiseiju" by Hitoshi Iwaaki. It tells the story of worm-like aliens that fall to earth and invade humans via the latter's ears or nose. True to its parasitic nature, the invading alien will feed off the human brain and dominate the body, successfully earning itself a human form. Shinichi Izumi is attacked by the alien but managed to fend himself. The alien now manifests in his right hand. Shinichi is convinced the aliens are responsible for countless murders. He is unaware that Ryoko Tamiya, a new teacher in the high school he is studying in, has been taken over by an alien and is only sent there to observe him.
