Based on the cartoon fictional character created by Elzie Crisler Segar. Genndy Tartakovsky (creator of "Samurai Jack" and director of "Hotel Transylvania") is set to helm "Popeye", a 3D computer-animated film. The film will be as artful and unrealistic as possible, and is the second Popeye film to be animated in CGI.
