Synopsis

Known as the show with the first live-recording of "Bohemian Rhapsody", this documentary is part concert film and conversations with members of the legendary rock band Queen. The film was shot on Christmas Eve 1975 at Hammersmith Odeon in the UK and was first broadcast on BBC-TV.

Stunning!

Story: 4 | Acting: 4 | Visual: 4 | Music: 4 | Overall: 4

The doc is stuffed with a tad too many concert scenes. Poetry music and memory are locked in Nick Cave's life-long tussle for synthesis. I love the way Cave performs even when few are watching. Lookouts for the Innovative and creative style used in this docu-drama.
